Definitions

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Service – the online service managed by the Administrator at: https://brev.pl/
User – any individual visiting the Service or using one or more services or functionalities described in the Policy.
Data Processing
The Administrator collects data necessary for providing specific services in connection with the User's use of the Service. The detailed rules and purposes of personal data processing collected during the use of the Service are described below.
Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Processing
Personal data of all Users using the Service (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies) are processed by the Administrator:

c. for potential establishment, exercise, or defense of claims, with the legal basis of processing being the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) focused on protecting its rights.
Newsletter
The Administrator processes personal data of Users for marketing purposes, which may involve sending marketing content tailored to the User's interests (newsletter). With prior consent, the User's data provided in the Service, such as name and email, may be shared with the Administrator's partner for the purpose of sending an email containing content of interest to the User. No automated decisions are made regarding the User other than analyzing the opening of emails.
Cookies
The Administrator's Service uses "cookies". If the Reader does not change their browser settings, they consent to their use. These are short text files stored on the User's computer, phone, tablet, or other device. Cookies can be read by the Administrator and also by systems owned by other entities (such as Google).
